Swarupmay Majumdar A gynocologist advices calcium & iron syp for a pregnant lady. We are not supposed to do so with a bitch. No to calcium supplementation in pregnent bitches, iron is optional.

i disagree, calcium can be given bt at a low dose. the dam must not supress the instinct to produce calcium after the delivery but at the same time a minimum dose of calcium must be given. i'll post the link soon.
