myths on feeding

Swarupmay Majumdar many
of the pet owners I meet are of the opinion that a dog should not get
salt, sugar & curd in their food as they're the culprits causing
all skin conditions!! I am frustraed telling them the truth, many of
them do not believe that a dog can be given sugar, salt and curd!! its
has nothing bad to do when within limits. I am Not correct?

Why not sugar? Dogs too suffer from diabetes,if it is diagnosed as having diabetes, or some signs of recurring pyoderma I may say no to sugar. Sugar is the only nutrient for the brain!! May be we must not be so bitter on the sugar.
