ARF in a dog

Swarupmay Majumdar 6yrs old M GSD not able to get up since morning, vomiting once 2 days back off feed 2 days, no urination for 24hrs. recently being treated by some other vet Colleague

for a week for fever. P/E finding-t100.2*f,swollen hindlegs, no urine even when after urinary catheraization. no fluid trill,LN normal. breathing difficul...ties..TDX: ARF/ GUE/ Bactremia
TX: DNS. Any suggestions

Envas can help by increasing renal perfusion as well circulation in distal parts of limbs which are swollen. I feel Envas is very safe in any dogs in recumbency. Am I wrong?

Blood report ofthe case: Sr Ceatinin-4.2, Hb 8. He has passed urine at night, vomiting 2 times today, able to walk little. suggestions please.

What about renal failure? Did you do any other blood work?

its a case of ARF- acute renal failure. I will post on his condition. He is on a IV catheter to flush D25+ RL bid ,lasix 1ml bid,tribivet 1ml bid and orally envas,phostat.
