P/E:in lateral recumbency, senses are faint, in shock, T-not showing up below 95*F, neck compressed, and lose. Mm-pale,cyanotic. RR- arythmic, dyspneoic. HH -fast. abdomen enrged and there is no #... of ribs or limbs. poor prognosis.
TX: Iv DNS 35 ml ,Dexa 0.5ml,Gentamicin 0.3ml,Atropine 0.2ml.could not arrange doxapram. put a nasogastictube and relieved gas from stomach.to increae the temp arranged heating bulbs over a box,and gave Tribivet inj.
Jan: 27:: the kiiten is better,but he cant move his neck.tries get up but fails. adv temobax+melonex + Arnica 30 -4 pills with arnica ointment.
