Swarupmay Majumdar a small lump like structure seen on the inner flap of ear for 2 days , slightly elevated from skin, hyperemic without any crusts & scratchings. TDX: Pyogenic granuloma? Warts? MCT? TX: Cephalosporin bid 500mg + Kiskin ointment. adv review after 3 days.

pic not clear but why not just chop it off? clamp it with an artery forcep and use a single stitch below and cut it off.

It could be a histiocytoma given the signalment; generally these are benign in nature and spontaneously resolve; you may need to use a topical steroid/ab oint if gets infected; they tend to also bleed easily so try to protect the lesion if he seems to scratch at it
You could do a FNA though to definitively dx, I could be totally wrong :)

yeah, histiocytomas can also regress spontaneously. FNA will show sheets of round cells resembling histiocytes.
