doubts regarding Lasilactone

Mahalingam Muralithas I am having a doubt, Some vets giving oral treatment of Frusemide, spironolactone together plus K supplement with other medicines for the suspected CHF cases.

Does it possible to give both Diuretic at the same time for the suspicion of CHF?.

In CHF there is intracellular (?) accumulation of fluid in lungs, peritoneum, llimbs and other places which needs to beregulary thrown out.Lasix and spirinolactone works in such a way that the K-sparing effets of Spirinolactone reduces the disadvantages of lasix and added K- supplementation with lasix. one the otherhand spirinolactone is a loop diuretics unlike lasix. so the combination is good when one thinks for long time management of CHF.You can use both together.
